Include your location, the work you have in mind, your preferred contact method and any access restrictions. Approximate sizes and photographs taken safely from the ground can help; do not climb or approach damaged branches to obtain them.

As soon as possible, normally within 24 hours. Enquiries are covered Monday–Saturday and Sarah handles the initial response. This is an expectation rather than a guaranteed response time.

We may be working when you call. Leave a voicemail with your name, number and a brief description of the work so we can get back to you. Calling does not guarantee immediate attendance.

No. Explain what you want to change and anything that concerns you about the tree. Pruning, pollarding and removal are different options, so it is better to describe the objective than guess a technical term.

Tell us about any known protection, boundary issues or other restrictions when you enquire. Relevant permission questions need to be checked before work is agreed; do not assume that owning a tree means every proposed change can go ahead.

The gallery contains selected before-and-after images carried over from the previous Canopy Care website. They illustrate individual jobs, rather than promising the same result for every tree or garden.

The service pages do not give fixed prices. Describe the work, location and access so the scope and appropriate next step can be discussed before a quote is agreed.
